- Q. Where does Spice Beauty deliver to?

We deliver free of charge throughout the UK, including the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands.
We also deliver to International destinations, however, postage and packing costs will be incurred by the purchaser. You can be advised of the postage due, by emailing customercare@spicebeauty.co.uk before processing your order. Alternatively we will contact you directly after your order has been placed, advising you of any postage due. Please be advised that should you wish to cancel your order ,due to not agreeing with the postal costs, Spice Beauty reserve the right to retain 15% of your order amount to cover any administration and bank charges that are related to your order. Your money will be recredited to your payment card less the 15% fee.

Spice Beauty aim to dispatch your order within 1 - 2 working days of receipt. If you order is received on a weekend or public holiday, it will be dispatched for you within the next two working day of business. Where possible your item will be dispatched within the 1 working day for you.
We recommend allowing 2 to 5 working days for delivery, but please allow 28 days for delivery in the unlikely case that your item is out of stock.
Please note that if you live in a remote area of the United Kingdom, please allow 2 to 10 working days for the delivery of your order.

Where delivery is provided free of charge to qualifying orders in Europe and Worldwide, please note that only standard postage is paid for. Should you wish for 'Insured delivery' please advise us so that you can pay any extra due. Unfortunately due to postage costs, any 'free gifts with purchases' are unavailable with orders outside of the United Kingdom, unless postage has been paid by the client.
For your added convienience Spice Beauty offer the option of paying 'Special Delivery' for your products. This can be calculated by us, and we will advise you of the delivery amount due before we dispatch your items. Please advise us of your delivery requirements when you place your order.
In the unlikley event of a non-delivery, please allow 28 days before contacting us, as we do need to allow for postal delays before we can arrange a refund or replacement. If your order has not arrived after this time, please contact us through the ‘Email’ facility in your account log-in area.
The client is responsible for ensuring their address details are loaded correctly. Spice Beauty will not be held responsible for any errors in delivery address details. When the delivery address appears incorrect (for example using the incorrect country, to enable the system to process your order). Where an item is returned to Spice Beauty 'Address Unknown' we will redispatch the item, however, the client must take responsibility for payment of the duplicated postage that will be due, by incurring the 15% handling fee on the items value.

We can only accept cheque payments in Sterling GBP, for orders to be dispatched within the United Kingdom.
Please note that items will only be dispatched after cheque clearance, this may take 5 to 7 working days.
Spice Beauty is only able to accept £ GBP cheques, issued from a UK Bank. We are unable to accept International cheques or Bankers Drafts from banks outside of the UK Banking System.

- Q. Why has my order not arrived?

Your order will be sent out by Royal Mail First Class Post. Delivery should normally take 2 to 5 working days, however we ask you to allow up to 28 days, in case of postal delays, public holidays or in the event of a natural disaster, flooding, strikes etc...
Please note that orders to remote areas of the United Kingdom, Scotland, Northern Ireland and British Islands, may take 2 to 10 working days to be delivered.

Spice Beauty cannot replace missing items sent to a Business Address.
Should you require postal insurance for your parcel, Special Delivery can be paid for before checking out - please contact Spice Beauty for a quotation.
Please note that you will not be refunded just because you claim non reciept of your order, in the case of a missing order we will need to follow our standard procedure to endevour to trace the parcel. in the event that the items cannot be traced, where appropriate a replacement will be sent out to you.
After the initial 28 day period has passed, if the parcel has still not arrived, it will be reported to Jersey Post - as a lost in the post item. Jersey Post will then arrange to send you a 'Denial of Receipt' letter that you will be required to sign and return. When this has been completed Jersey Post will arrange to cover the insurance claim. Only then will we arrange to recredit your payment card, under no circumstances will a refund be actioned before.

If your order has already been dispatched, on receipt, please complete the returns information on your invoice and return it to us unopened. We would recommend sending via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery to ensure the items safe return.

All of Spice Beauty products come with a 21 day money back guarantee. This ensures that you can shop with us in confidence. Should there be any reason whatsoever that you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, just return it to us within the 21 days for a full refund or exchange.
Your statutory rights will not be affected.
Unfortunately, for reasons of hygiene, we cannot refund goods that have been used, if the seals have been broken, or if they are in an unsaleable condition.

Damaged items must be advised to Spice Beauty, via email within 24 hours of receipt. We will then advise you of our replacement proceedure, to ensure that your total satisfaction is retained.
Please ensure to attach a photograph of the damage with your email, for our insurance purposes, and await further instruction. Spice Beauty recommend that you do not destroy the damaged item as it may be necessary to return it to us.

Please note as Spice Beauty is a Channel Island based company, we are registered to prepay VAT. All orders made with Spice Beauty have had VAT pre-paid before entry into the UK, through our mutual agreement between Jersey and HM Customs and Excise, our prepaid VAT number is 183.
The price you are charged is the only price you will pay - there are no hidden charges, Spice Beauty pay all VAT due directly to HM Customs and Excise.
If you reside in any other Country, you may be required to pay any applicable sales tax, VAT or Customs Duty charges, on receipt of your purchase, please check with your local customs and excise office, as policies may differ in your country.
- Q. Why have I not received all of my items?

Occasionally we will dispatch items in installments. Items will follow shortly. This is primarily to ensure that your items are recieved safely, but also to ensure that we do not hold up your entire order, if one item is unavailable for a short period - due to restocking.

- Q. Why is there a Service Charge on my invoice?

On some of the items sold via Spice Beauty, you will see a breakdown on your invoice which states Service Charge. This will be included in the price stated on the website. This is to ensure that certain value items dont get held up or delayed. The Service charge is included within your items price, and it will therefore not affect the cost to you as a consumer.
- Q. Why can I not purchase Jane Iredale Cosmetics in Europe?

Due to Jane Iredale European Distribution Agreements, Spice Beauty can only ship Jane Iredale cosmetics within the UK and Ireland. All other Spice Beauty items can be sent worldwide.
Should a client try to place and pay for an order of Jane Iredale Cosmetics to be sent within the European area, against this Jane Iredale ruling, their payment card will be refunded, less a 15% handling fee to cover administration and banking fees incurred by Spice Beauty.
