Q. Where is Spice Beauty Based?
A.

Spice Beauty is an Online Retailer, based in Jersey, Channel Islands. 

Please note as Spice Beauty is a Channel Island based company, Spice Beauty pay all UK VAT due, via their UK VAT Pre paid Autorisation agreement.  All prices therefore are for your item delivered to your door.  There are no hidden charges.

Products sent to coutries outside of the UK may be charged VAT or duty, and details of this can be found from your local Customs department.

Please check with your local customs and excise office, as policies may differ.

Q. Where does Spice Beauty deliver to?
A.

We deliver free of charge throughout the UK, including the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands.

We also deliver to International destinations, however, postage and packing costs will be incurred by the purchaser.  You can be advised of the postage due, by emailing customercare@spicebeauty.co.uk before processing your order.  Alternatively we will contact you directly after your order has been placed, advising you of any postage due.  Please be advised that should you wish to cancel your order ,due to not agreeing with the postal costs, Spice Beauty reserve the right to retain 15% of your order amount to cover any administration and bank charges that are related to your order.  Your money will be recredited to your payment card less the 15% fee.

In certain instances, we may have to contact you to notify you of any additional postage charges, depending on the size and weight of the item.

We will not send the goods until you have agreed to any additional costs.

Q. When will my order be delivered?
A.

Spice Beauty aim to dispatch your order within 24 hours of receipt.  If you order is received on a weekend or public holiday, it will be dispatched for you on the next working day of business.

We recommend allowing 2 to 5 working days for delivery, but please allow 28 days for delivery in the unlikely case that your item is out of stock.

Please note that if you live in a remote area of the United Kingdom, please allow 2 to 10 working days for the delivery of your order.

Items sent free of charge via standard Royal Mail postage are uninsured, should you wish to have your delivery insured, please contact Spice Beauty to arrange and pay for special delivery.

Should you require postal insurance for your parcel, Special Delivery can be paid for before checking out - please contact Spice Beauty for a quotation.

Q. How Much Is Postage and Packaging?
A.

United Kingdom, Isle of Man and Channel Islands -

POSTAGE FREE OF CHARGE FOR ALL ORDERS
Delivery should normally take 2 to 5 working days. 

Please allow 14 days if you reside in a remote UK area.


Europe (as listed by Spice Beauty) - CALCULATED AND CONFIRMED TO CLIENT BEFORE DISPATCH

POSTAGE FREE OF CHARGE FOR ALL ORDERS OVER £150.00
Delivery should normally take 4 to 7 working days.

For all orders to countries not listed, please contact Spice Beauty for further assistance and relevant postal charges.

Delivery should normally take approx 12 working days.

For your added convienience Spice Beauty offer the option of paying 'Special Delivery' for your products.  This can be calculated by us, and we will advise you of the delivery amount due before we dispatch your items.  Please advise us of your delivery requirements when you place your order.


In the unlikley event of a non-delivery, please allow 28 days before contacting us, as we do need to allow for postal delays before we can arrange a refund or replacement. If your order has not arrived after this time, please contact us through the ‘Email’ facility in your account log-in area.

The client is responsible for ensuring their address details are loaded correctly.  Spice Beauty will not be held responsible for any errors in delivery address details.  When the delivery address appears incorrect (for example using the incorrect country, to enable the system to process your order). 

Please be advised that should you wish to cancel your order ,due to not agreeing with the postal costs, Spice Beauty reserve the right to retain 15% of your order amount to cover any administration and bank charges that are related to your order.  Your money will be recredited to your payment card less the 15% fee.

Q. What Methods of Payment does Spice Beauty accept?
A.

Spice Beauty accepts Visa, Mastercard, Solo, Maestro, Delta and Electron. 

Should you wish to pay by cheque, please select items into your Shopping Bag, and instead of proceeding to checkout, print the Shopping Bag and send with a cheque payable to

We can only accept cheque payments in Sterling GBP, for orders to be dispatched within the United Kingdom.

Please note that items will only be dispatched after cheque clearance, this may take 5 to 7 working days.

Spice Beauty is only able to accept £ GBP cheques, issued from a UK Bank.  We are unable to accept International cheques or Bankers Drafts from banks outside of the UK Banking System.

International orders must be paid for using the secure World Pay facility, online.

Q. Why has my card payment been declined?
A.

Card payments may be declined for various reasons:

Your bank card may be out of date

Your details may not have been entered correctly

In the above event Spice Beauty recommends that you contact your bank or card issuer directly.

Q. Why has my order not arrived?
A.

Your order will be sent out by Royal Mail First Class Post. Delivery should normally take 2 to 5 working days, however we ask you to allow up to 28 days, in case of postal delays, public holidays or in the event of a natural disaster, flooding, strikes etc...

Please note that orders to remote areas of the United Kingdom, Scotland, Northern Ireland and British Islands, may take 2 to 10 working days to be delivered.

In the unlikely event that your order has not arrived after this time, please contact us through the ‘Email’ facility in your account log-in area.

Spice Beauty cannot replace missing items sent to a Business Address. 

Should you require postal insurance for your parcel, Special Delivery can be paid for before checking out - please contact Spice Beauty for a quotation.

Q. How can I cancel my order?
A.

You can cancel your order on-line at any point up to the completion of the WorldPay secure payment section at the checkout.

Beyond this point please contact us through the ‘Email’ facility in your account log-in area selecting the applicable order number.

If your order has already been dispatched, on receipt, please complete the returns information on your invoice and return it to us unopened. We would recommend sending via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery to ensure the items safe return. 

Please note that all returns incurr a handling fee of 15%, which will be taken from your refund to cover our initial 'free postage and delivery' costs.  Minimum handling fee of £1.00.

Q. What is your returns policy?
A.

All of Spice Beauty products come with a 21 day money back guarantee.  This ensures that you can shop with us in confidence.  Should there be any reason whatsoever that you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, just return it to us within the 21 days for a full refund or exchange.

Your statutory rights will not be affected.

Unfortunately, for reasons of hygiene, we cannot refund goods that have been used, if the seals have been broken, or if they are in an unsaleable condition.

Q. What if my items arrive damaged?
A.

Damaged items must be advised to Spice Beauty, via email or telephone within 24 hours of receipt.  We will then advise you of our replacement proceedure, to ensure that your total satisfaction is retained.

Q. Will I be charged VAT?
A.

Please note as Spice Beauty is a Channel Island based company, we are registered to prepay VAT.  All orders made with Spice Beauty have had VAT pre-paid before entry into the UK, through our mutual agreement between Jersey and HM Customs and Excise, our prepaid VAT number is 183. 

The price you are charged is the only price you will pay - there are no hidden charges, Spice Beauty pay all VAT due directly to HM Customs and Excise.

If you reside in any other Country, you may be required to pay any applicable sales tax, VAT or Customs Duty charges, on receipt of your purchase, please check with your local customs and excise office, as policies may differ in your country.

Q. Why have I not received all of my items?
A.

Occasionally we will dispatch items in installments.  Items will follow shortly.  This is primarily to ensure that your items are recieved safely, but also to ensure that we do not hold up your entire order, if one item is unavailable for a short period - due to restocking.

Spice Beauty will keep you informed and advise you if part of your order is to be sent seperately.
